OUR LOCATION

We are located at 208 E. Bay Street in Savannah's Historic District on Factor's Walk.  Our building is one of the most beautiful settings in Savannah, with stunning views of the river.

Built in 1859 by John Stoddard for his thriving cotton trade, our building has been home to commerce of various natures for over 160 years.  We've done our best to preserve and capture the history of our building and the amazing people who have played a role in Savannah's long history as 'The Hostess City'.
